Sophie is a senior member of the English Institute of Sport Performance Nutrition team where she is the lead performance nutritionist for British Athletics, working with both Olympic and Paralympic track and field athletes. Since graduating from Loughborough University, Sophie has advised a range of elite cyclists, runners, triathletes and Premier League footballers.
